Michael J Fox: 10 Years Since Parkinson's Diagnosis
Actor Michael J. Fox, who has been battling Parkinson's Disease for a decade, says he feels that he's "lucky" to have avoided suffering from clinical depression as a side-effect of his illness.Fox spoke to entertainment TV show 'Access Hollywood' on Monday (May 12) in an appearance that marked the 10th anniversary of his first public statement about his illness.The 'Back To The Future' and 'Spin City' star revealed that he is grateful for his naturally positive outlook, which he has helped him overcome lows that routinely affect to Parkinson's Disease sufferers."A lot of people with Parkinson's have clinical depression and it's difficult for them to deal with what they're dealing with, plus to have the added baggage of depression," he said."I haven't had that issue.
