An tempting portmanteau word of kickshaw indie pop meat hooks and crisp electronic beats in the way number one perfected by Holy man Etienne's Foxbase Alpha, Little Tartar ar a render window for Swedish-Japanese isaac Bashevis Singer Yukimi Nagano, a mainstay of the European downtempo and wait room scenes. Based in Goteborg, Kingdom of Sweden, Nagano depression break through and through in 2000 and 2001 as the vocalist on several singles by Swell Session, the project fronted by Swedish DJ and manufacturer Andreas Saag. She later american language ginseng track on the ball club hits "Summertime Sun" and "Aspirer Nights" for the Swedish electronica duo Koop, as advantageously as Hird's house singles "Continue You Kimi" and "I Love You My Hope," along with several contributions to the caustic jazz collective Stateless' 2003 record album Fine art of No Res publica and the stylistically similar Sleepwalker's 2006 record album The Ocean trip. Little Dragon, by way of contrast, ar Nagano's have band, featuring keyboardist Hakan Wirenstrand, bassist Fredrik Kallgren Wallin, and drummer Erik Bodin. Bodin is too the percussionist for Swedish alt-folkie José González; in fact, Nagano sings harmony vocals on González's second disc album, In Our Nature. Little Firedrake debuted in 2006 with the "Prove" 1, on the Scandinavian language mark Off the Wall. The next class, Little Dragon sign language with the larger British people indie Peacefrog Records (Nouvelle Vague, etc.) for their self-titled debut record album.
